1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Logo2QR site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all access methods (desktop, mobile, etc.).
2) What We Do (Scope of Services)
Logo2QR designs brand-first, scan-reliable QR codes that incorporate your logo/colours while respecting QR standards (quiet zone, contrast, error-correction). We provide:
Custom Static QR (fixed link, no analytics) or Dynamic QR (changeable link, analytics).
Deliverables: SVG/PDF (vector) + PNG (high-res).
Usage guidance (size/contrast/placement) for print and digital.
3) Ordering & Approvals
a) What we need from you: logo (SVG/AI/PDF preferred), brand colours (HEX), destination URL(s), intended uses (e.g., packaging, vehicle, signage) so we size correctly.
b) Proof rounds: 2 proof rounds are included for minor colour/shape/CTA tweaks. Additional changes may be billed.
c) Turnaround: Typical delivery 24–48 business hours after receiving all assets. Rush options may incur a fee.
d) Approval: Final approval in writing (email is fine) authorises delivery. After approval, further changes may be charged.
4) Dynamic Links, Hosting & Analytics
a) Dynamic QR uses a short redirect so you can change destinations later and view basic scan analytics (e.g., date/time, device/OS, approximate location).
b) Link changes: $10 per change (incl. GST) unless otherwise stated.
c) Hosting: Dynamic link hosting is included for 12 months from delivery; thereafter $19/year per code to keep links and analytics live. If hosting lapses, the redirect and analytics may be paused or removed.
d) Uptime & third parties: We use reputable infrastructure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may occur. We’ll act promptly to restore service.
5) Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and URLs that you control.
Ensure you own or are licensed to use any logos/brand materials supplied.
Use the codes lawfully (no prohibited, harmful or deceptive content/uses).
Follow our placement/size/contrast guidance to preserve scan reliability.
6) Print, Size & Colour Guidance (Scan Reliability)
a) Contrast: Keep dark modules on a light background with strong contrast (≥40%). Avoid low-contrast combos (e.g., pale grey on white).
b) Finish: Prefer matte over glossy to minimise glare.
c) Minimum print sizes (rule of thumb):
Packaging/handheld: 25–35 mm square
Posters: 50–80 mm+
Vehicles/billboards: size increases with viewing distance (ask us).
d) Shape & detail: We can stylise or shape around your logo within scan-safe limits. Highly intricate marks may require a hybrid approach (logo lockup + stylised matrix) to maintain reliability.
e) Devices vary: Scan performance can vary by camera, distance, lighting and surface. We test on current iOS/Android native cameras but cannot guarantee performance on all devices or environments.
7) Files & Delivery
You’ll receive SVG/PDF (scales for large format) and PNG. We can supply social/digital sizes (1080×1080, 4:5, 16:9) on request. We deliver via email or download link.
8) Intellectual Property
a) Your IP: You retain all rights in your logos and brand assets.
b) Our IP: The Logo2QR platform, techniques and templates remain our IP.
c) Licence to you: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the delivered QR artwork in your business (print, packaging, signage, digital, etc.).
d) Portfolio use: We may display your finished codes and mock-ups in our portfolio/marketing unless you opt out in writing.
9) Pricing, Payment & GST
a) Current public promo: $69 inc-GST per branded Logo2QR (design + files).
b) Dynamic link changes: $10 per change (inc-GST).
c) Dynamic hosting from year 2: $19/year per code (inc-GST).
d) Payment terms: Upfront for one-offs; subscriptions billed in advance. Overdue invoices may pause work/hosting until resolved. All Australian sales include GST unless exempt.
10) Refunds & Re-work
a) If we cannot achieve a scan-reliable design for your supplied logo and intended use (rare), we’ll refund your order.
b) If a delivered code fails to scan due to our design, we’ll repair/replace promptly at no charge.
c) We are not liable for failures caused by improper use (too small, insufficient contrast, glossy glare, distorted printing, cropping the quiet zone, blocked codes, wrong/expired URLs, third-party downtime).
11) Data, Privacy & Security
a) We store only the data needed to operate redirects and analytics (for Dynamic). We do not resell your data.
b) We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.
c) You are responsible for keeping destination URLs compliant with privacy and applicable laws (e.g., consent, cookies, GDPR/APPs).
12) Warranties & Disclaimers
a) We warrant that deliverables will be free from material defects in design and created with reasonable care and skill.
b) Except for the above, services are provided “as is” without other warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
c) We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (traffic, conversions, reviews, revenue).
13) Liability Cap
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the total fees you paid to Logo2QR in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data).
14) Cancellation & Termination
a) You may cancel before approval for a pro-rata refund of any unperformed work (less reasonable costs already incurred).
b) We may suspend/terminate services for non-payment, unlawful use, or material breach.
c) On termination, Dynamic redirects/analytics may be disabled if hosting is unpaid.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date will indicate the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
